The villa is located just outside of the small port of Palau, 35 km to the north of Olbia on the north-eastern tip of Sardinia.

The villa has three bedrooms (two doubles and one children’s room with two sets of bunk beds, meaning it can sleep eight), a bathroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, garage, open fire and two terraces (one overlooking the garden and the other at the front of the house with a view over the sea). It is five minutes’ walk from the nearest café-bar, five minutes by car from the pretty well-to-do port of Palau (with traditional shops and market), half an hour’s boat ride from the island of Maddelena and only a little further from the Corsican coast and Bonifacio !!!

The villa is more of a family home than a holiday home, so we like to hire it out to people we can trust, rather than going through an agency…
